Andreas Philippou (FCA)
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Andreas Philippou FCA is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), having qualified in 2000. His career includes extensive Big 4 experience, including eight years in the Middle East where he served as a Partner with KPMG Qatar, together with professional experience in the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Russia and Ukraine.
Throughout his career, Andreas has led audit engagements for high-profile and multinational businesses. He has particular sector experience in shipping, hospitality, construction and infrastructure, as well as wider experience in power, media and consumer services.
His international experience gives him a broad perspective on complex financial reporting and audit matters. His approach combines rigorous audit quality with direct, partner-led attention to each client's business, risks and requirements.

Theodoros Philippou
Chairman of the Board
Theodoros Philippou qualified in the United Kingdom as a Chartered Accountant in 1965. By 1974, he was Managing Partner of a Big 4 firm in Cyprus, where he served until 2002.
From 2002 to 2012, he served as General Manager of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). His career spans decades of leadership in the Cyprus accounting and audit profession.
In 1995, he was honoured by the President of the Republic of Cyprus for outstanding services. In 2013, he received an award from the Minister of Commerce for his contribution to the audit profession.

"In my life, I have been honoured numerous times for various achievements. Most notably, in 1995 as the Managing Partner of a Big 4 audit firm in Cyprus I received an award for outstanding services from the HE President of the Republic of Cyprus at the time, Mr. Glafkos Clerides, and in 2013 as the General Manager of the ICPAC I received an award for my contributions to the audit profession from the Minister of Commerce, Mr. George Lakkotrypis. My objective in life was always to 'target the stars'. It was my dream to hand over the legacy of my long service to the Cyprus audit profession and businesses to the next generation."
